Lesson One + Harper B Day

A study out of UC Davis that explored diagnostic error rates in veterinary medicine revealed not only a staggering rate of mistakes, but that the rate was essentially unchanged in a ten year period. The error rate in veterinary emergency care was reported as approximately 45% -- that is not a typo -- 45%.
