Good-bye July

Hard to believe it is the last day of July! I hope you are having a delightful and relaxing summer :) Just pictures from some time in the yard this morning, starting with Sydney...

Scrooge & Report

This morning I am driving north to Ronan, MT to be a 4-H judge at the Lake County Fair -- FUN. My assignment involves dogs, but what is most exciting to me is the chance to pay it forward -- at age 13 I was actually the president of my local 4-H club :)

Summer Fun

Fun in the Montana sun...

Lines in the Sand

In black and white, life is pretty straightforward. Decisions are easy – something is right or it is wrong. A choice is good or bad. Black or white. If only things were so simple.

Vaccination Stuff & Asia Pics for Carol

I wanted to share some research I have been doing (thanks to Cindy H) about vaccines -- this quote is an important one if you are thinking about vaccinating adult dogs:

News of the Good Kind

Another New Veteran & Another!

Today we have pictures of Kjus (aka Potter) from the E Litter -- he lives in Park City, Utah with Sara, Kurt and their human toddler, Bergen.

Family Reunion (aka Temperament Test) & YIKES!

Long drives mean lots to think about and I have a brain-load of stuff that is still percolating but one thing I did want to share is how pleased I was with both Sparkle and Harper B for Best Girl. It was a loud, busy crowd of all ages -- a true temperament test. Harper B for Bombproof could not have been kinder or sweeter -- my niece spent hours "training" Harper B...

The family reunion included no drama until yesterday -- a big storm moved in and dumped huge hail on us. We had a house rented in addition to campsites and a 1946 airstream travel trailer (my accommodations :) so that was not exactly a problem -- until the power went out. No power meant no water and no internet, and for those of us who prefer to flush toilets and who are involved in online classes, no power was a problem. And so we packed up and scattered.
