Day 15

All is well at Puppy Central this morning -- pictures for now and update later...

Synchronized puppy piling...

Rolling!

Syd is worried that Bob is going to shrink so much that he will disappear!

Look who is walking!!! Pippi!

Big fat tongue!

Walking and sitting -- Pippi is extra talented!

The 15 day puppy pile!

Have a grand day!!!!

7:15 p.m.

Well, that was a very busy day! And while I was gone, Dear Husband apparently gave every puppy walking lessons!! It was really amazing to come home and see every puppy walking around the whelping box! Okay, there is a lot of toppling over still, which gives the appearance that there are seven drunken dinosaurs/beetles in the box but whatever they resemble -- they are ADORABLE.

We decided that it was time for the cute puppies to experience the great outdoors, if only for a picture with natural light -- more adorable-ness!!! Here are London and Heidi...

Barcelona and Pippi...

Z and Squeaker...

Austin...

Okay Puppy Fans -- aren't they BIG? And beautiful??!! Here are more pictures of the amazing cuteness that is the H Litter at 15 days old...

The evening puppy pile...

I am going to try and do a video in the morning so you can see all the walking for yourself -- in another 12 hours they should be experts! Have a great night and see you tomorrow :)

Yes!!!!! Well, actually no -- I have to give a talk on self-care and my self-care today involved writing the talk instead of posting the Blog right away -- Joan -- NO COMMENT!!!! Talk is done, Blog is done. The End.

Haha! You had to make the presentation today that you had to give today? That's my girl!!

I just knew Pippi would be first!!! It has to do with that superstrength in her right front paw!... :) She is absolutely adorable!!!!

She reminds me sooo much of Zoey :)

Oh my goodness, look at the size of the puppy pile feeding on Syd! How do they all squish in????
I cannot get over how much they have grown in these first two weeks. Syd must be eating like crazy to be keeping up with all that dairy production!

I don't really think the pups are having a growth spurt, they just are in a constant growing pattern like specimens in a petri dish. I have thought of Zoey ever since you started describing Pippi.... possibility another table jumper. :D

I am curious as to what Sydney eats to keep her family so satisfied and Plump. The puppies are gorgeous... I wish I could visit for your Thanksgiving invite. I could get a dose of puppy breath and the beautiful setting where you and family reside. I committed (too soon) to another invitation but I will still have access to your Blog... and that's important. (dog people understand) :D

All is well. I suppose you do have other things to take care of in life. I'm very jealous though that you get to come home to that beautiful (and large!) pile of puppies! I think I could sit with them for just a minute and all of the stress from the day would melt away!

I have a question, actually about comments ;-)
I have been unable to see the comments on any of hte posts unless it is on the day they are posted. Wanted to respond to some, and add some. Is it just me, or is anyone else having this problem?
I truly do appreciate the daily surge of oxytocin while viewing the growing (!!!) babies. This is by far the best part of the cicle of life...

The puppies are looking so plump and healthy, as all babies should! I agree with Jennifer G. that sitting with the puppies would definitely be a good stress reliever, and who couldn't use an extra dose of relaxation?! Thank you again for sharing your joy and all the litter milestones :) I especially love the rolling photo...must be the sight of the bare belly!

I don't know which puppy that is who is obviously going to take after Cadi in the dirt bath department, but when I saw that picture, a name immediately popped into my head.

Kaibab's High Desert Moon

I think the puppy is either Heidi or Barcelona. (The call name could be Highty, or Heidi, or High D, if you're into alternate spellings.)

I also like Kaibab's How High the Moon. I'm guessing no takers for Kaibab's Hillbilly Moonshine? LOL!

I would so take that name...call name Shine! Or Moon. Or Bill. Or Hillary. ;-)

The worst part is waiting out the time change here on the east coast- especially if video is coming! They are adorable. And making me think maybe Dudley does need a little buddy..... :)

Comparing today's puppy pile to the day one puppy pile - WOW!! But if you think about how much these babies need to grow to be full size Berners, and the realtively short time they have to accomplish that, it's amazing that you can't actually see them growing while looking at them. Can't wait to see the dinosaur movie tomorrow.
