Day 18

Good Morning from Puppy Central!

I am looking forward to outdoor photo sessions for puppies later with Cassie -- if you have not seen her work, you can check it out here: http://cassandrabowman.blogspot.com/  and her photos are also on our grief website (www.helpwithgrief.org). In addition to her skills as a photographer, I think it will be useful just to have someone else to take pictures so I can manage the toddling flock of puppies; at this point, only Bob has not attain mobility.

But this morning I took pictures as everyone else slept, and what fun they are! They are walking with few falls now, and their eyes are all open and they are just getting more and more engaged and interactive with each passing hour -- a puppy is like life in fast forward.

Here they are nursing...

This is Pippi and London playing this morning...

So, everyday I check the puppies and EVERYDAY I am amazed! Right down to their toe-nails!!!
Which brings me to a very early grooming question...how soon will you get them used to some of
those early things; like trimming toes and wiping out ears. I know they are handled always but just
wondering. I have been amazed since day one at their cute small feet.

What! Bob still not walking ~ LOL

I was reading the Blog while drinking my tea and burst out laughing! Oh, how I love your sense of humor Mary-Ann. ;D

Those are the cutest pictures!! The puppies are all turning into gorgeous "little dogs":) They are all absolutely adorable but I have to say that picture of Barcelona really shows off her sweet little face!

What beautiful pictures of the H-mooners. BUT I didn't see Bob's picture--Cassie?? I like the one of London resting her head on the pumpkin. Adorable!!

by Terri Zimmerman on Sat, 10/29/2011 - 14:13

They are so cute...save those in their puppy packets.

by Aunt Heidi on Sat, 10/29/2011 - 14:56

Awesome pictures!!! I checked out Cassie's blog....Wow....very talented!!!!! I think Heidi is taking after her name sake because she has to do something that stands out and is a bit clowning around!!! :-)

by Lori Simidian on Sat, 10/29/2011 - 17:20

Really??? Are you trying to make me fall off my chair?? My first thought was "where ever did they get such tiny costumes?" Then I realized that there are actually full grown dogs that size in the world. I must be "Bernercentric". Just when you think they can't get any cuter......

by Barb on Sat, 10/29/2011 - 17:25

Totally terrific!!! They are too cute. And Karma-well that look is priceless.

by Aunt Heidi on Sat, 10/29/2011 - 17:30

*FAINTS* cute overload!!!!

by Lisa K on Sat, 10/29/2011 - 17:44

So cute I could cry! Not just cute stuff here, these are lifetime memories and that is what is so awesome! Lovin them all so much and my one's to watch are making me nuts. Oh I hope I can come and see them!! Karma looks um, terrified, or about ready to put an ad in the paper for herself: free to a good home? Cracked me up when I got to that last pic! ;-)

by Jennifer G. on Sat, 10/29/2011 - 18:17

Did you know that a picture of one little Kaibab baby can erase about 10 snark bombs throughout a person's day!? And a Kaibaber in a Halloween costume is even more powerful!

by Lisa K on Sat, 10/29/2011 - 19:26

That IS powerful! Stinkin snark bombs (ers) How rude! But thankfully we all have this!

by cindy Heintzberger on Sat, 10/29/2011 - 18:27

I don't know whether to laugh or cry or both - these pictures brought so much joy - they are WAY TOO cute, I just can't believe they can all look sooo adorable!!!! So glad you included Karma...
What a blessing - thank you Cassie for a wonderful day. You are very talented and have a great eye, I really enjoyed looking at ALL of your blog today, just wish you lived closer to do my grandkids!!!!

by Carmen K. on Sat, 10/29/2011 - 18:30

The photos of all the pups with the Autumn leaves and pumpkin are JUST GORGEOUS! What a fantastic treat to have a very talented photographer as a daughter-in-law!...and the puppies in their Halloween costumes are simply precious! They made my day...no...they made my week! Thank you!

by Terri Zimmerman on Sat, 10/29/2011 - 19:07

OMG...I loved all the photos but I have to tell you that dad would have loved these and particularly the one of the cat. He would have printed that one and it would have made it on the Zimmerman wall of fame which of course is the side of the frig. How cute.

by Jennifer G. on Sat, 10/29/2011 - 21:18

I'm wondering just how many of you it took to make her into a "princess"......

by Lynn on Sun, 10/30/2011 - 15:43

Yeah! Adorable... and Karma, too!
