The Sound of a Breaking Heart is Falling Tears

I have sad news to share about Mesa from the H Litter.

Mesa died as she was being driven to the emergency veterinary clinic in Boise.  She had been ill for about two weeks with what was thought to be IBD, but took a sudden turn on Wednesday. Her cause of death is pending but two things we know for sure - she is gone and she has left shattered hearts in her leaving.

If you would like to send Alex a card, please contact me for his mailing address: sontag.bowman@gmail.com

Oh no. I am SO sorry. I have such a soft spot for Alex and Mesa...I always think of them this time of year. My heart goes out to the whole family (that includes you, M-A).

I too have a soft spot for Mesa and Alex, as I suspect many blog readers do. I am so sorry for this unexpected, heartbreaking loss.

We are so sorry to hear about Mesa. We met Jennifer and Alex when we picked up Ava. What a wonderful family. What a sad loss. We are thinking of you and sending soldiers and our deepest sympathy.

I am so sad and sorry to hear the news about Mesa. I think we all watched with such joy as Mesa and Alex grew and learned together; knowing that they had to say goodbye is a heartbreak.

My thoughts are with Mesa's wonderful family. <3
